Founded by Jin Kang and based in McLean, Virginia, WidePoint Integrated Solutions expanded its Telecommunication Expense Management (TEM) services in May 2007 with the acquisition of Intelecel, LLC and its proprietary Intelligent Telecommunications Management System© (ITMS©).
