iPlan Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. provides project management and consulting services since its inception in 1996. Its flagship product iPlan™ is an Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tool suite. iPlan is built on research which highlighted the need to manage a project collaboratively, taking into consideration the issues, defects, and risks in-line with the project scope and work plan. Further, the work undertaken must adhere to the quality standards set, while ensuring that all project information and learning is retained for posterity. Companies are further challenged with having to extract in depth project data to generate metrics on every aspect of the work being done. Towards this end, many have adopted the CMMI® framework or the ISO-2000 framework to establish the process discipline. Structured based on A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), iPlan enables medium to large organizations manage the entire project lifecycle laden a multitude of constraints and inter-dependencies. Currently iPlan has 50 clients across India, Asia, Middle-East, and UK, and an existing base of over 40000 users.
