My biggest passion is leadership and helping those around me develop and grow. Reflecting on my career so far which includes over 15 years of leadership, the common theme to mine and my teams success has been due to my leadership approach and analysing strategies within staff development, Recruitment, Sales, Customer service and Business growth. I feel now is the time to reach out to help as many people I can to boost your career, leadership journey and confidence. Futuristic leader has stemmed from two pillars. Pillar one: The CV and job interview process. I have extensive experience conducting interviews whilst also having a high success rate of receiving job offers from interviews. Within my career I have guided and helped those in need looking for a job, There has been many times I have helped those prepare for interviews by giving tips and advice. After seeing all these people come back after talking with with the great news they had received a job offer it was building further evidence that I may have a skill to offer. I have continued to help those in need and that has led to being my first pillar Pillar Two: Leadership and coaching. Pillar two has been my strength even before my working career. I have led a life wanting to help people and have always aimed to bring happiness to everyone I meet. When I first started my leadership career I vowed to never change and always go out my way to make sure those who are working with me under my leadership feel valued, Cared for whilst having a leader that will offer the best of themselves everyday. I want to leave a legacy where everyone I lead or coach can look back and say "Glyn gave me the support or advice that has helped me reach my goals"
