With all of today's gadgets and services available to help us communicate more effectively, why are people still struggling with basic communication? We created etc Strategies with one simple goal - to help people utilize basic communication skills to enhance day to day activities. Our presentations are quite different from a traditional training -- we provide unique, individualized, engaging sessions customized by using industry-specific examples and scenarios to more effectively connect participants and information; we provide onsite, enthusiastic, experienced educators using interactive activities; we provide easy-to-implement strategies and techniques for immediate use in the workplace; and finally, we offer continued support through emails, blogs, and shared information after the presentation. The presented communication strategies and techniques focus on more effectively producing, understanding, managing, and coordinating all mediums of communication including emails, texts, reports, meetings, trainings, and one-on-one communication experiences. We like to call our strategies "communication hacks" as we review, remind, and show the relevance of basic communication techniques that are many times forgotten.
