Espaço Agora Now

(espaço) agora now is a new independent platform that is reimagining artist development and public experiment in the performing arts. It is a civic forum, driven by a growing movement of artists, producers, and cultural activists around the world. We are organically building an international network of spaces that establish fresh connections between performing artists, local citizens and public action. These spaces will host 'slow' residencies for artists in the performance fields. They will be rich in purpose and contents and offer artists and communities the time, space and resources to experiment and imagine different futures together.
