Tom Shropshire is the founding owner, a Director and Principal of elev8. Tom has in excess of twenty years Executive Search experience headhunting in the IT, Technology and Digital markets of Australia, Southeast Asia and the UK. Our business model allows him to directly manage the relationship with the client whilst professionally supported by a highly experienced back office research function. All elev8 researchers and consultants possess proven local and international experience and have been handpicked to reflect and continue the high ethical and moral standards that elev8 is recognised for.
