dahl&friends offers HR Interim Management Service on project or freelance basis. dahl&friends is a one man-company, born out of the idea to offer excellent HR support and service to companies in different stages of a company lifecycle. Since 1999 I had the opportunity to work for various companies from very different industries, meanwhile my focus is on professional services and technology-based companies. Besides my deep experience as an HR Generalist, I bring sound experience in building and establishing HR departments and processes and in supporting organizational development, combined with highly deep knowledge in Learning & Development and Coaching and in managing change processes.
