cirkuit is a smart building platform for data gathering, real-time alerting and reporting on a wide variety of environmental and tenant activity data points. Our solution covers use cases ranging from water leak detection, to temperature and humidity alerting, to bathroom door activity and indoor air quality, among many others. Our system is deployed using smart sensors which report to a central location in real-time. Sensors alert upon detecting water, dropping temperatures (before pipes freeze), power, humidity, ingress/egress and other environmental factors in high-risk areas, as well as IAQ and other data collection about a building. Our system does not depend on internet connectivity at the property. It is a completely independent network, which includes its own battery backup in the event of power loss at a property.
