cherryfish is a Berlin-based startup that created the first sourcing platform for external workforce to answer the needs of agile organizations. The platform is a tool to source and assess external workforce as well as manage projects. By gathering the best professional profiles from different headhunters and platforms, cherryfish helps sourcing teams to find the experts they need, compare them and make objective decisions by using the cherryfish assessment. Our algorithm-based assessment focuses on different aspects of the candidate’s experiences and quantifies their skills and abilities. By having CV data translated into skill profiles, candidate profiles can be compared objectively and are automatically matched to vacant project positions. This facilitates a transparent and cost-efficient sourcing process. At the same time, the cherryfish platform is a new sales channel for headhunters. We publish curated positions from medium-sized companies to large corporations and match headhunters’ candidates automatically to open positions. Headhunters get a competitive advantage by using our platform as a candidate assessment, management tool and a sales channel at the same time.
