Commitment = doing what you love
Passion = loving what you do
Courage = doing what it takes
Lyndon Bray and Paul Diver have created a close working relationship over the last six years and are eager to share their driving force to help people to open up to their possibilities. Recently they have joined forces to refresh and relaunch the Leadership Development Program that Paul has been facilitating for over 20 years.
Our combined philosophy can be simply wrapped up in the principle of a rock being thrown into a pond. We throw rocks to create ripples, which in turn help stimulate action, growth, change and ultimately success.
We believe in bringing people’s stories to life.
A famous conductor was invited to conduct the London Philharmonic Orchestra, with a world-class Pianist, in a performance of one of Mozart’s Piano Concertos. As the rehearsals continued, he suddenly stopped the music, put down his baton and told the Orchestra and Pianist to have a break. When he came back from the break, he told them all to take a seat in the theatre, close together, as they were about to have a conversation.
“So, what story do you think Mozart was trying to tell, in this wonderful piece of music?” he asked the musicians.
At first, the conversation was slow and clunky, but then the conversation sped up, the ideas flowed and the musicians became animated and passionate.
“Now, how about we go and play the Concerto,” the Conductor invited.
And this time around, the Conductor felt the tears flow from his eyes, as the Orchestra and Pianist brought the music to life. By bringing people together, understanding that relationships are all there is, leaders bring stories to life.
So, are you bringing your story to life?
