bfa solutions ltd is an engineering company founded in 1981 with a high level of competence in the area of industrial automation. We are settled in the following fields of industrial automation and IT: Engineering: Realization of shop-floor solutions (PLC) for assembly/automation line manufacturers. Support in retrofitting lines with new features in regards to programming in case the supplier is not able to perform this measure. Industrial IT: Data-centered collection of production data, all the way to interfacing with ERP systems and mobile applications. Our own developed MES PiSolutions supports full product traceability and production monitoring of assembly lines and injection moulding machines of any brands such as Sumitomo Demag, KM, Netstal, Fanuc, Engel or Arburg (Euromap 15/63/77). PiSolutions is modular built and allows a stepwise expansion. The system grows as your production line extends. The following main branch related solutions are available: PiAssembly to collect data from assembly lines or automation (including OEE, recipe management, alarms, traceability). Hand working places can be implemented as well as camera systems, printers, bar code scanners, RFID etc. PiInject collects data from moulding machines. It supports joint solutions like manufacturing cells including moulding machines, automation and quality control for full traceability. Full plant monitoring for OEE, mould management, central recipe management. Reduction of validation process through matrix functions, allowing moulding machines only being used with certain moulds and recipes etc.
