As a long-standing partner of leading software providers such as Board, Jedox and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), we deliver customised solutions and best practice approaches for planning, reporting and analysis. Our experience of nearly 20 years is reflected in numerous successful projects: companies such as Zalando, KFC, Siemens Energy and Sainsbury's have already implemented successful projects with bdg – to name just a few examples. Our focus is on the business lines Finance & Controlling, Marketing & Sales, Human Resources and Procurement as well as on the Retail, Energy and Manufacturing sectors. Together with our software partners, we focus on specialised industry and business line solutions that meet the diverse and complex requirements of our customers. What can you expect from a project with bdg? We design and implement customised out-of-the-box applications as well as individual BI & CPM solutions to support companies in the holistic optimisation of their business processes. We accompany our customers throughout the entire project on both the professional and technical side – from the evaluation of the suitable software and the joint definition of the company-relevant KPIs through to the complete implementation of the project. For a quick ROI of the project, it is also essential that all users adopt the new system. Therefore, we already involve the team in the implementation phase so they become competent and convinced users of the new solution. Our focus is customer success – only together can we achieve success. That is why we continue to accompany our customers after the project has been completed, with regular health checks, surveys, updates and support. In addition – and also independent of implementation projects – we offer training by experienced trainers.
