asa partnership is a specialist agency supporting the development of the creative economy. It advises a range of clients on strategies to support policy-making and the development of a more entrepreneurial culture within the creative sector.
Established in November 2010, originally as Andrew Senior Associates, the business builds on the experience of its founder, Andrew Senior, a recognised international expert in the field. Andrew established the agency after leaving the British Council where, for over eleven years, he led the development of that organisation's work in the creative economy in the context of cultural relations.
In 2023, the business was merged into a partnership, with Felipe Buitrago, the former Minister of Culture of Colombia.
