Everything is a little different here... ... Our chefs stand in the middle of the restaurant and cook in an Orea design kitchen just like the one in your home... The milk and soy products are produced directly on site and are probably nowhere fresher on the table... We rethink "from nose to tail" and turn it into "from milk to serum" and "from soybean to okara" ... Instead of classics, our cocktail menu features our own creations ... At lunchtime, our guests pick up the main course in the kitchen and decide for themselves how quickly and how much they want to eat.
