Zosher is a portal which matches passion with job requirements and domains best suited to the passion area. It then allows the applicant to interact with mentor, who is the best match for the passion registered. The core of the portal is the algorithm that does the matchmaking and the learning path creation by mentors for the job requirements that would exist when the mentee graduates making him/her ready with relevant job skills from very first day. Portal also includes various social channel of interaction, which can be engaged after the mutual consent of the applicant as well as the mentor. The mentors, are leading figures in various domains so by engaging their wealth of real world requirements, they are able to groom the applicant in the registered passion through adaptive learning paths. This if done right would potentially solve the seemingly paradoxical problems of unemployment and lack of quality resources for available positions.
