Based in Hong Kong, the private equity team has a broad investment mandate covering special situations and growth capital investments primarily in the Greater China region. We focus on large scale transactions and rely primarily on proprietary deal sourcing from our network of Greater China conglomerates. Key focus sectors: consumer, financials, technology and healthcare, with recent investments into some of the largest players in the consumer and financial technology space. Zheng He is an SFC licensed corporation to carry out types 4 and 9 regulated activities.
