Set up in March,2000, Zhejiang Shuanghuan Plastic Valve Enterprise, Ltd. Is a Sino-American cooperative enterprise which derived from Huangyan Xingda Mould Factory (set up in 1992). It has USD2,500,000 enrollment financing, and annual production value is over RMB200 million. It covers an area of 40 thousand square meters, including standard steel structure of producing workshop, warehouse, office, dormitory and dinner room , etc. It has 822 employees, including 41 senior engineers and technicians .
