And we’ve been thinking… Is there anything else that needs to change? Anything we can do to make sure we’re as good as we can be? Is there a magic formula? With room to grow, to experiment, to be brave and make mistakes. And not put up with mediocre. Bouncing and sparking off each other. Innovating. Putting our own twist on things. Doing great work, with a great bunch of people. And having a laugh while we’re at it. That’s why we got into the business in the first place. And that’s why we’ve decided to keep doing things differently. Making sure everyone’s enjoying the ride. Making sure everyone has their say. Not slogging our guts out, just to hit ridiculous deadlines. Creating not churning. Thinking not panicking. Defining the space to do the best possible work.
