Zest Connection is a collective of mindfulness practitioners sharing mindfulness in an experiential, fun & practical manner. Mindfulness/awareness acts as a tool to penetrate and uncover the hidden challenges within us. We believe that mindfulness can be practiced by people of all ages and backgrounds and is beneficial for our well-being, peace and happiness.
Our Reason for Being
Many people are suffering from mind-made pain and can’t find a satisfactory, long-term solution. We believe that mindfulness is the key ingredient to better well-being, stronger achievements, healthier relationships and a much higher overall quality of living. We aspire to share the benefits of this practice by:
- Empowering people with the skills of practising mindfulness to face the each moment’s challenges
- Encouraging regular practice of mindfulness as a lifestyle
- Providing resources to inspire & sustain the mindfulness practice
