Project experience in Corporate FP&A: Total company budget, forecast, and multi-year outlook through financial models. Corporate Accounting: Process and structural improvements to monthly & quarterly close. Subsequent reporting post-close: Budget-to-actual analysis, reporting to internal stakeholders within operations and finance. Strategic Finance & Treasury: Analysis of capital structure management & risk, strategic partnerships with 3rd party investment banks and commercial lenders, asset allocation, cash flow analysis & cash management.
