Zaker Party is a political party in Bangladesh, founded in 1989. Zaker Party aspires to bring divine peace, enforce universal justice and equality, and foster economic and technological progression in Bangladesh.
Zaker Party was officially founded on October 14, 1989, by Bishwa Wali Hazrat Shah Sufi Khwaja Baba Faridpuri (QSA) in Bishwa Zaker Manzil. Admist hundreds of thousands of people, at the break of dawn, on the Holy Night of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, Pirzada Alhaj Khwaja Mostafa Amir Faisal Mujaddedi announced the birth of Zaker Party and was also declared as the Founding Chairman of Zaker Party.
Zaker Party is the symbol of divine peace, universal justice, and economic and moral welfare. The aspirations of Zaker Party are to develop liberal humanist values in accordance with essence of true Islam – beyond the conventional trends; to develop tolerance of divergent opinions, ideas and religious beliefs; to create a tolerant, peaceful, active and vibrant culture. Zaker Party aims to bring an end to the prevalent divisive culture and to create an atmosphere of unity and peace. Zaker Party is determined to create a culture of compassion, empathy, support, brotherhood and love.
