Welcome To Your Coaching Journey: The only organisation dedicated to Transformational Coaching Training for Doctors ‘Your Coaching Journey’ has been established to support doctors as they travel on their coaching journeys and we’ll be there beside you as you take your own steps towards becoming a transformational coach. Whether you’re looking to embed coaching as a skill to in your medical role; wanting to add coaching into a portfolio career; or have the desire to transition to be a full-time coach, we are able to support you. With our coaching training programmes you can train to be a transformational coach and learn a different way of being with patients, colleagues, mentees, trainees and appraisees. Our coaching qualifications are accredited by the Association for Coaching and delivered by experienced coaches who have also been trainers and facilitators for many years. You will be working with other doctors throughout your coaching in online workshops and during peer coaching. We also provide ongoing supervision, mentoring, business start up support and Continuous Professional Development.
