YCCD is a 501(c)(4) advocacy organization that aims to mobilize young conservative leaders in support of the pro-growth, pro-innovation Baker-Shultz Carbon Dividends Plan, renew the GOP’s proud legacy of environmental leadership, and lay the groundwork for a free-market climate breakthrough. We support a step-by-step plan that was authored by President Reagan’s right-hand men. It's the only climate strategy endorsed by EVERY former Republican Chair of the President's Council of Economic Advisers (representing every GOP administration in the last half-century). It is backed by American industry leaders from across the country.
