Yondu Vegetable Umami is an award-winning, high-impact pantry sauce that adds rich umami and depth of flavor to dishes with only a few teaspoons.
We wanted to create big flavors without relying on animal products. Instead, we spent over 10 years crafting Yondu from a combination of triple-fermented soybeans and slowly-simmered vegetable broths.
We believe that good food starts at home, and powerful pantry ingredients give us the ease and confidence to cook at home more often. Our all-purpose umami sauce is a delicious shortcut to flavor while being versatile and simple enough to use for everyday dishes.
