Within our elegant Zen-like setting you can explore the teachings of Yoga on your own terms. Much like life, there are many compelling paths to Yoga. That’s why at Yoga People you have freedom to explore your curiosity and an assortment of styles, by expert, hand-picked teachers. To achieve the true benefit of Yoga, we recommend it become part of your regular routine. We invite you to create your own practice, with us. Try Jivamuki, Iyengar, Vinyasa or Ashtanga. And when you want to relax and renew, we offer Restorative, Yoga massage services, and retreats. What are classes like? Our Yoga is energizing, with a flow, recommended for physically fit types. Here, we celebrate individuality in all forms. Each class is a unique reflection of the teacher’s interpretation of their style. Depending on which you choose, there may be chanting, a Dharma talk, rock and roll…or focus on body alignment. And the only music you hear is the sound of your own breath as you still the mind. Whichever style you gravitate toward, our Yoga is always led by seasoned instructors, with a nurturing hand, who teach from the heart.
