For almost 80 years, Yazaki has been a leader in wire harness industry. We provide electrical and electronics distribution systems that function as the central nervous system of cars. Yazaki's timeline of success dates back to 1929 when Sadami Yazaki began selling wiring harnesses for automobiles. In 1939 the business expanded and in 1941 Yazaki Electric Wire Industrial Co. Ltd. was established with about 70 employees. Founder Sadami Yazaki built the company upon three core principles – fortitude, service-mindedness and foresight. His vision was to not only inspire success, but also create a culture of honor that established a greater purpose in society for Yazaki. Yazaki started the activity in Romania in 2003 and continued its development ever-since. Today, Yazaki Romania is having more than 8000 employees in Romania in 3 locations and, through our work we are making sure the values and principles of the corporation are maintained by tradition and the high standards.
