YYC Growers and Distributors is a farmer-owned cooperative of both urban and rural farmers in Calgary and southern Alberta. We strive to contribute to Calgary’s food security by distributing local, chemical-free produce at a price that is fair to both customers and producers. Our cooperative structure strengthens the market presence of our member-growers and demonstrates that urban farming is a viable use of land in our city. We strive to enhance connections between urban and rural communities and support soil-healing regenerative agriculture. We provide our fresh, nutrient-dense produce to customers year-round through a weekly subscription service, as well as operating a webstore and physical farmers markets. We offer home delivery and have numerous pickup locations throughout the metropolitan area in addition to pick up locations at Airdrie, Langdon, Cochrane, and Okotoks.
