The Xispoli was founded on April 23, 2004, following the publication of Decree-Law 273/2003 of 29 October, where the pioneer established its services STC - Safety on Construction, for the target market exclusively construction companies, said Entities Performers, as is clearly stated in that legislation. Since its foundation the Xispoli has geared its activities to support the construction sector in emerging areas of intervention of Safety, Quality and Environment. Its activities are geared for Safety on Construction and, Quality and Environment, with the potential customers all the entities Performers, and all companies or individual workers likely to be outsourced first.
