Along with the rise of the East Asian markets, came the resurgence of artistic creativity of the Asian region. Children in Taiwan who have sufficient resources and access to a wealth of experience, would be able to grow up with a good understanding of the ever-changing market’s needs as they transition into the job market in a competitive way. However, Children who are less fortunate, or come from poverty and lower income households, may have lost the race even before it began. So helping children to gain the access to art and creative education has become an important task for Taiwan. Knowing the importance of the above, foundation was created in order to push forward cultural aesthetic education and appreciation for underprivileged children in Taiwan.
