The World Academy of Tirana (WAT) is an international school in the capital of Albania that offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme (PYP, MYP, DP). WAT is an IB World School (IB school code: 006795).
WAT is authorized to provide all three IB Programmes: the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) (ages 3-11), IB Middle Yeas Programme (MYP) (ages 11-15) and IB Diploma Programme (DP) (ages 16-18).
WAT is recognized for its wonderful balance of learning through discovery, with academic rigor introduced gradually at the right age and stage. WAT is proudly the first international Baccalaureate (IB) World School school in Albania since 2013 and one of the few in the region authorised to offer an internationally recognized programme such as the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme leading to a globally accepted qualification.
