Each participant enjoys 1:1 coaching with one of our directors enhanced by online exploration and further learning with other leaders. Informed by the latest thinking on leadership and team development, and our extensive expertise as facilitators and leadership coaches we create space for reflection, fresh thinking and connection to enable each person to move forward with more confidence and capability as a leader. Engaging online group exploration enables you to learn from the experience of other leaders across the corporate, statutory and voluntary sectors and provides a peer support network which can continue long after the coaching programme has finished.
