The Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS® has proudly served REALTORS® of Greater Worcester and Central Massachusetts since 1923. We currently assist over 1,500 real estate professionals providing the services and resources necessary for a successful career as a REALTOR®. The purpose of the Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS® is to: *Provide members with the resources that enable them to serve the public in an ethical and professional manner *Take an active role regarding issues affecting sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords. The REALTOR® organization is a three-tiered structure (local, state and national) bringing you benefits from each level. When you join The Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS®, you automatically become a member of the MASSACHUSETTS ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Together we now represent over 1,000,000 REALTORS® nationwide. REALTOR® members are involved in residential and commercial real estate as brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors and others engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry. As a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®- America's largest professional association - our members have gained the right to call themselves a REALTOR®. The term REALTOR® is a registered, collective membership mark that identifies you as a professional who subscribes to our strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Our headquarters and modern education facility, The Center for Real Estate Studies & Training, are located at 492 Washington Street (Route 20), Auburn, MA 01501 with ample parking and convenient access. Association staff is available during regular office hours 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday to assist you.
