Woodward Community Media (WCM) is a division of Woodward Communications; an employee-owned company headquartered in Dubuque, Iowa. Woodward Community Media (WCM) is a recognized industry leader, having won multiple local, regional and national awards for its programming. WCM operates six stations in the Oshkosh, Appleton, and Green Bay, Wisconsin markets.
