We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.  If your survey includes a valuation, this will be done by a RICS Registered Valuer. Our surveyors are predominantly BUILDING SURVEYORS and PROPERY VALUERS.  Much of our daily work is Residential Property either diagnosing defects, advising buyers with House and Flat Purchase Surveys and Valuations or property undergoing major refurbishment or building work. We also have a range of services for Commercial Property, including Schedules, specifications, special Condition Reports and of course full Building Surveys. Areas For Corporate Clients and private banks, we cover the UK, whether its a Starbucks shop in Edinburgh or Fat Face in Exeter.
