Women'S Spirit Ruach Nashit רוח נשית

Women's Spirit promotes the economic independence of women survivors of violence in Israel and strives for social change from a feminist perspective and commitment to social and gender justice. Women's Spirit works with women "day after" the cycle of violence through individual/group economic empowerment processes, providing training and workshops to acquire professional skills, mentoring and personal life-coaching, scholarships and more. Since 2018 Women’s Spirit is an official provider of services for municipal employment rehabilitation centers for women survivors of violence on behalf of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Service department. Women's Spirit Policy and Legislation department raises public awareness of the concept of economic violence and works to change policy and legislation. In addition, we work extensively in collaboration with the business and public sector and offer companies and organizations a series of lectures and workshops that provide knowledge and practical tools for identifying, responding to and preventing gender-based violence. Together we can become ambassadors of change in the workplace, community and family! רוח נשית פועלת לקידום עצמאותן הכלכלית של נשים נפגעות אלימות בישראל וחותרת לשינוי חברתי מנקודת מבט פמיניסטית ומחויבות לצדק חברתי ומגדרי. הפעילות הייחודית של רוח נשית מתמקדת בליווי נשים ב"יום שאחרי" היציאה ממעגל האלימות באמצעות העצמה כלכלית פרטנית וקבוצתית, מתן הכשרות וסדנאות לרכישת כלים מקצועיים ומיומנויות, ליווי ואימון אישי על ידי מנטוריות, מלגות לימודים, בירור ומיצוי זכויות ועוד. מאז 2018 רוח נשית מספקת שירותים רשמית למרכזי שיקום של נשים נפגעות אלימות במשפחה, מטעם משרד העבודה והרווחה. רוח נשית גם פועלת להעלאת המודעות הציבורית למושג אלימות כלכלית ולשינוי מדיניות וחקיקה בתחום. כחלק מפעילותנו הציבורית אנו פועלות בשיתוף פעולה נרחב עם המגזר העסקי ומציעות לחברות וארגונים סדרת הרצאות מרתקות המעניקות ידע וכלים מעשיים לזיהוי, מענה ומניעה של אלימות מגדרית. יחד נוכל להפוך לשגרירים.ות של שינוי במקום העבודה, בקהילה ובמשפחה!
