WomenUp Network is a member-based organization of women interested in leveling the playing field for all women everywhere. Women who choose to join WomenUp believe deeply and passionately in women supporting women in all areas of our lives. We utilize our hard won experience, relationships, positions and knowledge to provide other women with active support to create the same success that we enjoy individually and as a whole. We recognize that the world is evolving and that women are the touchstone and launch point to create true change in the world and our communities. We are committed to helping others achieve goals as directly as possible; opening the right doors; making the right connections; providing insight for the next steps in a women’s professional growth. WomenUp members seek to level the playing field for women, which allows them to succeed on their own merits, and not miss potential opportunities or experiences because they don’t know the right people or whom to ask for help. Ultimately, WomenUp members want to support each other. Whatever level of success each member has achieved, she does not and will not rest on her laurels – she is committed to fulfilling her own goals, both professional and personal. WomenUp women value and seek the camaraderie, friendship and support of a group of like-minded women who do not just recognize a problem that needs to be solved, but are ready, willing and able to take action to solve it. As an organization, we are focused on providing a platform to develop deep and meaningful connections that give our members the ability to achieve goals they only dreamed of. While mentoring and leadership training are important, a key element to achieving their goals is sponsorship. When mentoring someone, you talk to them. When sponsoring someone, you talk about them. When connecting through WomenUp, you talk with them. That is what makes WomenUp unique.
