Women7

The Women 7 (W7) is a group of civil society organizations who come together to promote proposals on gender equality and women’s rights to governments within the Group of 7 (G7). In 2022, the Deutscher Frauenrat (National Council of German Women’s Organization) is hosting the implementation of the W7 process during Germany’s G7 presidency. With a multi-stage consultation process, the 2022 Women7 Dialogue convenes a network of feminist civil society organisations and advocacy groups with the aim to place gender equality at the center of G7 negotiations and formulate powerful demands to G7 leaders.
