Women on Boards UK exists to help women make the right connections and career choices to take on a board role as a non-executive director, trustee or governor, or to get to the top within their own company. Women on Boards UK also work with individuals within companies who are trying to navigate a successful path to directorship. We run in-house career and leadership workshops for organisations as diverse as PwC, Linklaters, Scottish Water and Carillion plc. For our corporate members, we typically run in-house workshops for 20-30 employees. Our three most popular workshops are: - On Track for Success - managing your career and how taking on one board role can accelerate success - Managing your Career - career planning and resilience, networking and influence - Getting on Board In addition to the above, we run an in-depth executive leadership programme called - Getting to the C-Suite. Our unique 1-on-1 support includes reviewing your NED CV to help ensure you have done a good job at articulating your board relevant skills and, once you get to the interview stage, using our extensive network to introduce you to a board member with experience on a similar board to super-charge your interview preparation. The Women on Boards UK network is 30,000+ strong. Since our launch in September 2012, over 3,750 women have attended our popular Get on Board workshops and we have listed over 23,000 NED and trustee vacancies.
