Wohlstand Capital Group (WCG) serves to support ultra-high net worth (UHNW) investors, single family offices (SFO's) and multi family offices (MFO's) in the private debt and equity space. We offer investors and FO's an end to end loan management service via our unique Security Trust Structure and the option to participate in our originated transactions. We are a referral only company and do not advertise externally and not a part of any deal platforms. WCG assists borrowers and their companies to procure monies such as debt and working capital secured by Australian real estate in most cases via a registered first mortgage. We typically start debt engagements at $10 million and up (with a few exceptions). Our focus is on good quality real estate with a focus on the eastern seaboard.
