William Fox are the only manufacturer of Colourless Gomme syrups in the World and are taking the UK by storm. All of our syrups are Vegan and Vegetarian Friendly and we pride ourselves on using no preservatives, citric acid or unnatural e-numbers. Currently we are producing 58 different flavours and specifically target the on trade market in the UK with flavours like Hickory Smoke, Rhubarb, Custard, Dandelion & Burdock, Bacon, Oak Moss, Eucalyptus, Caramel, Passion Fruit and many more. We now also have a range called the Fantasy Range which are pearlescent and coloured. One is called Unicorn Syrup, its a shimmering pink and is Strawberry Marshmallow Flavour. The other is Santa Syrup which is pearlescent red and baked apple & cinnamon flavoured.
