Wildwood Therapy

We are a small team of 5 Registered Clinical Counsellors who offer individual counselling and group therapy geared towards folks aged 14-40. We use only evidence-based methods, like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, to help clients address concerns around anxiety, depression, grief and loss, young adult cancerhood, addiction, gender identity, and much more. Each Wildwood Therapist has specialized training in trauma recovery and we believe in continuously learning how we can make therapy more empowering.
