Wildflower is a community of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people dedicated to creating environmentally sustainable landscapes in Australia's busiest city. Our mission is to close the gap in our indigenous communities by employing young, talented individuals passionate about growing their careers in horticulture while creating unique, sustainable experiences through landscaping. Our talented team of experienced individuals come from diverse career backgrounds, ranging from horticulturists, land managers and community leaders. We welcome everyone to join our journey, from engaging with our spaces to volunteering alongside our team. We aim to create an inclusive environment that engages with all different types of voices.
