With over 40 years of experience in business ownership, operations, mergers, acquisitions, marketing, and sales, I am excited to embark on a new chapter as the Managing Partner of White Oak Strategic Advisors. My mission is to leverage my extensive knowledge to mentor business owners in achieving their company's full potential.
As CEO of FX Design Group for 37 years, I transformed a local operation into a Nationally recognized Emmy Award winning Design firm,, delivering scenic and lighting installations for broadcast, live events, theatre, opera, and ballet. My leadership, characterized by innovation, adaptability, and strategic thinking, has been tested and proven through several crises, including 9/11, the 2008 recession, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
After my successful exit from FX Design Group, I served as the Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Ikan International. During my six months at Ikan, I collaborated closely with the CEO to develop new marketing strategies, implement a sales plan with a new CRM, and build a channel sales team. By the end of my tenure, sales revenue was projected to see a significant 6.5% year-over-year increase.
In my roles as CEO and CRO, I relied heavily on the training I received from John Warrillow, author of "Built to Sell," and John Jantsch, author of "Duct Tape Marketing," to successfully grow and exit my company.
