A purpose built integrated management system captures and shares commercial IP from our project sites across Australia, producing unrivalled capabilities to analyse key performance data from past and current projects and to facilitate the transfer of technical and logistical knowledge to value engineer project management solutions for our clients. Whelan holds the relevant insurances in accordance with best practice risk management and corporate governance protocols and we maintain the appropriate corporate licenses and individual competencies to complete our work safely and to the standards of quality our clients and stakeholders expect. Our custom designed Right First Time behavioural safety program empowers our people to STOP and THINK about what they are doing, even if they have performed a task hundreds of times before.
