Wheelhouse is pleased to announce that their core brokerage team has agreed to join CBRE’s National Private Capital and Multi-Housing groups. The selected team, led by their firm’s President, Michael Thomas, has been strategically appointed to assist CBRE's private capital clients with their multi-housing needs. Wheelhouse’s industry leading real estate technology platform will remain independently maintained and active. It will initially be available for use by the newly formed team at CBRE, and will be managed by Wheelhouse’s Cofounder, Justin Shreve.
