We are a new Australian startup based in Sydney, backed by Scentre Group, owner and operator of Westfield shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand. We know customers struggle to discover and redeem relevant rewards from their membership programs. This means customers miss out on being rewarded for their loyalty, and brands lose the chance to engage with a valuable customer base. There needed to be an easier way to connect customers to brand loyalty programs.
