Ballet this Spring and Summer in Santa Monica! Elite Training from Beginning to Advanced. Children's Classes: Pre-Ballet to Pre-Professional Students Ages 3-18, Ballet and Jazz, Performance Opportunities. Adult Classes: Beginner to Advanced Studio Rentals: Dance, Film, Rehearsals, Auditions. Located in Santa Monica, the airy and spacious studios offer dancers an exceptional summer experience. Westside Ballet is open for Spring semester & Summer registration for dancers of all levels. Summer offerings: inter/ adv (9-19) Summer Intensive weekly programs & special August workshops for the upper division dance academy; plus Children’s Themed Camps for Girls & Boys (4-8). The legacy training school also offers daily ballet classes & Summer intensives for adults, as well as a Teen Intensive for students newer to the art form. Led by Westside's exceptional resident faculty, Summer Intensives are designed to strengthen and nurture young dancers' technique and artistry. Classes offered in a variety of dance styles including Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Flamenco and more! Plus specially curated advanced August Workshops led by renowned dancers such as Darla Hoover, Melissa Barak, Nilas Martins, Zippora Karz, Adrian Blake Mitchell, & more. For 56 years, Westside Ballet has been changing lives through the art of ballet. Dancers often grow from young ages to high school graduation—shaped through the discipline of their lessons & meaningful relationships with instructors and peers. Established in 1967. Westside School of Ballet in Santa Monica is dedicated to excellence in training and the development of the student as an artist. Every year since the school's founding in 1967, its students have been awarded scholarships with major ballet company schools and summer programs. This achievement is a result of the exceptional training by teachers with broad experience performing with professional companies all over the world.
