We apply this 'buyer' experience to advise our clients on bidding strategy, providing hands on advisory services to shape bids. We also offer a bid management service to provide clients with the planning and management including negotiation and due diligence processes. We have consultants that hold current HM Government SC level clearance who have experience of delivering consultancy services in highly secure environments. We also provide legal advisory services to complement the bid and procurement consultancy we provide and we have strategic partnerships with consultancies that offer financial and business case related services to provide a holistic advisory service.
