West County Care Center provides professional post-surgical care and rehab care in a quite private room setting. Our patient rooms are equipped to provide accommodations for one family member to stay overnight with the patient. West County Care Center offers the convenience of a Special Care Unit for Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders located in the nursing facility. This unit is known as Autumn Court and offers different levels of care for Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia.
