Wells Cathedral School

Wells Cathedral School is a vibrant co-educational Independent day and boarding school for pupils aged 2 to 18. The school offers a wide curriculum including sports, music and drama, as well as excelling academically, with outstanding results at all Key Stages, GCSE and A level. The school is internationally famous as a specialist music school – one of only four in England within the Department for Education (DfE) Music and Dance Scheme – and also provides the girl and boy choristers for the choirs at Wells Cathedral. The school is set in the heart of the beautiful historic city of Wells and is one of the oldest schools in the UK, dating back to 909 AD.
